At the Chip's Not Yet Dead 1 Mile Race last night, Mayor Sam Sullivan, Chip Wilson, Peter Ladner and Shannon Wilson headed up the "1 Mile Hill."

Hundreds of runners, walkers and onlookers gathered together for a festive evening on Vancouver's west side to raise funds for BC Children's Hospital. One of the highlights of the night was the "bridesmaid's" dash, followed by fifteen elite runners competing for a $20,000 cash prize. All proceeds from the event went to the BC Children's Hospital.
