Check out the clothes Canadian athletes will be wearing at the Beijing Games this summer. They asked for fashion, and the Hudson Bay Company came up with the garments in the photos above and (on jump page) below.

Athletes (mostly from the Sydney 2000 and Athens 2004 Games) were shown fabric samples and given a preview of the inspiration behind the clothing. The consensus was that Canadian athletes wanted clothing that was as fashionable as it was sporty.
