During her 22 years with VanCity, Chris worked in administration, as a lender and a loans officer, in collections, and underwriting before venturing into mortgage brokering five years ago.

As an Accredited Mortgage Professional, Chris meets with clients, gathers pertinent information, and develops sound financial solutions that work depending on the client’s goals and needs. The type of mortgage depends on where her clients are in their life cycle.

She assists young couples who can get into the market, but may have to lower their expectations on what they can purchase. She helps clients who are buying up, and works with real estate investors who own multiple properties. No mortgage is the same and today there are many options.
